Please understand that our staff is not authorized to make exceptions regarding prices. Lift passes are not transferable, returnable or extendable. By buying a lift pass, the passenger acknowledges the conveying terms, which are published at all lift stations and have been authorized by the supervisory authority (Verkehrsministerium).
We don’t like fare dodgers. Anyone found in the ski area without a valid lift pass will be charged with a 50.00 Euros surcharge. After making out the facts, the impaired cooperation will lay an information. The impaired cooperation will not report the incident to the police if the tortfeasor donates a sum of money equivalent to the price of the lift pass for a charitable cause. The impaired cooperation has to agree to the charitable cause and the money has to be transferred within three days.
Lift passes are not transferable! Our staff is entitled to confiscate lift passes without substitution in case of misuse. Even the attempt to transfer the lift pass to another guest is considered as misuse and will be reported unfailingly to the police.
In case of a skiing accident, lift passes will be refunded partly from the day of the deposit of the lift pass at the lift pass office and on presentation of a medical confirmation issued by a doctor of the 3-Täler-Pool only. Refund only takes place for the crash victim, relatives or other fellow passengers do not receive refund.

In case of loss your lift pass can be replaced for a handling charge if the receipt with the cancellation code is presented.
Lift pass holders with a minimum of 2 days can buy extension days (max. 2 days) for a special price - only directly following days are extension days!
Pre-sale of lift passes starts at 3 pm on the day before the first day of validity. Between 3 pm and the end of operation all installations can be used for free.
