Numerous climbing gardens in the direct vicinity offers all degrees of difficulty and thus challenges both for those on the rocks for first time as well as passionate climbers with lots of technique and experience.

Alpine climbing tours provide completely new perspectives and the opportunity to master a summit from its steepest side.

With the local Alpine schools, you have the perfect climbing partner on your side, since they know the region like the back of their hand and can safely guide you through steep walls.

Schrofenwies climbing garden

Schrofenwies climbing garden is located in Warth-Leichleiten and thus right at your holiday residence!
It was thoroughly renovated in 2008, spiffed up, given new routes and the old routes received new safety features.

Now it shines with a new glow and offers 30 routes from 4b - 7c.
An additional highlight: a public grilling area right at the climbing garden ensures that you can for hours in the climbing garden, since some members of your party can prepare a BBQ while others refine their technique.

A little tip: the butcher "Wälder Metzge" is located directly in Warth, only 5 minutes from the climbing garden and offers fantastic meat specialities for grilling!

  • Climbing gardens and via ferrata can only be used with the proper climbing equipment
  • Basic experience with climbing, safety and rappelling is required!
  • Physical fitness, a lack of vertigo and surefootedness are required!
  • The degree of difficulty is based upon the international Alpine Association scale
  • To ensure safety and make things as fun as possible, we recommend making your first excursion with a certified mountain guide from the local Alpine schools
